ADMISSION FORM

⭐ Prospective guardian are encouraged to first visit the school to determine if it would be a good fit for the students if the family decides to go forward with the Admission process the following steps occur :

 1.   Parents will visit the school office for getting information about Admission procedures. At first parents will collect the Admission form for the required class and students will take preparation for the Admin test. For that all the information is available in the admission office. If needed parents can meet with an admission coordinator, teaching – team to move forward with the Admission process.

 2.  Admission test (written and oral) will be conducted by admission coordinator, teaching team. And parents interview will be held by interview board

 3.  The interview provides a chance(opportunity) for the family to ask in-depth & questions about being part of the school.

 4.  What to bring for the Admission test:
The Admission coordinator focuses on student’s written quality and ability to become active students in class. Parents will 3 bring an admit card, clipboard,Pencil, pen and eraser for exam.

5.  what to expect at admission interview :
The admission interview lasts for – 20-30 minutes for the students and parents are schedule during 2nd visiting day with a teacher and student admission team member. The parents interview occurs during the same day with the Admission coordinator and Admission team.

6.  Next steps upon admission :
If the Students selected by interview team then the formal procedure begins the parents and will complete the necessary forms. In addition to that parents will submit students the following things:
   a) students passport size Photograph
   b) students birth certificate photocopy
   c) parents NID & Photocopy
   d) Transcript.
